This piece began when I decided to find an excuse to draw Sesshoumaru as a child. Then I just had to include Inu no Taishou, and then I had to come up with a good exciting scene with lots of drama. The amount of research that went into this piece was staggering. I looked at probably a hundred pictures of Heian-era clothing before figuring out how to dress Sesshoumaru. I took a ridiculous number of movie 3 screenshots to reference for Inupapa's armour and swords. I spent a fair amount of time in front of the mirror making faces at myself, (mostly) for reference purposes.
So anyway, I hope you get much enjoyment and fangirlish squealing out of the sight of Inupapa being all protective and Sesshoumaru being all adorable and growl-y. Leave comments, please. -- Sirius cracked his knuckles What say I get serious about this game huh? Serious Sirius? Lupin mused You werent serious before? Ive always been Sirius. Now shut up and play. I have places to go and werewolves to do.[link] I make faces at myself too...That sounds pretty funny when spoken out loud. Great job with the Heian-era clothing, they look very authentic from what I remember. I like the random eyeball demon and the demon carting around a club. I like those little details.
-- Are you an Avatard that likes NonCanon and Crack? Join ~AvatarNonCanon Yay! Random creepy hairy-eyeball demon! Wierd monsters are hard to draw. I really had to rack my brains to come up with enough variety to fill the space. Glad you like this piece!
